I will most likely only have time for two sit down meals in Panama.

After some research I have chosen these four in order of preference . Hopefully I get to experience at least some of it .

1. Maito ( Panama City ) – This is highlighted as the top restaurant in Panama. Definitely wouldn’t mind trying it . Reviews indicate a tasting menu is around $75 which seems to be reasonable for top restaurant in the country .

2. Madrigal ( Casco Viejo ) – Restaurant opened by Michelin starred Andres Madrigal . Has really good reviews. Hopefully I get to try it out .

3. Mansa- This one has mix reviews but seems like it would be close to my weekday resort . So will be giving this a try if it is .

4. Manolo Caracol – Very positive reviews . Looks like it has a tasting menu and a regular one . Good for me since I don’t eat many different type of meats . Reservation ahead is a must . Hopefully get a chance to try this restaurant.
