During our five day stay in Nusa Dua my travelling partners were on a mission to find an amazing buffet near by ! I personally prefer local Warungs but I was out voted !

The Cafe at The Mulia Resort came highly recommended.

The description of The Cafe in Mulia’s own words :

” The Mulia’s chefs prepare authentic dishes from selected regions, such as fresh sashimi, oysters, and sushi rolls, Chinese barbequed duck and pork, Thai salads, exotic Indian butter chicken or naan, as well as rich flavour of Korean cuisine and a la minute pastas for those that desire Western cuisine. The dessert section is abundant with chocolate fondues, homemade ice cream and sorbets, cakes and mousse.”

Mulia is an incredibly beautiful and luxurious resort. Maybe a future resort candidate .

The food and service was also excellent. Incredible variety! Food from five different regions can do that to a buffet !

The cook at the Indian station made me incredible tandoori chicken and fresh roti with condensed milk ! Two of my favourite items from this massive buffet .

The buffet also had a huge selection of desserts .

The dessert choices were overwhelming!

I would recommend going to this buffet hungry and eating over a three hour period!

This was the only buffet I liked in Nusa Dua Resorts . If you want to go to a buffet in this region go to this one !
