Leadership And Emotional Intelligence
At work I manage a large team and lately I have been thinking about what makes a great leader .
My first instinct is to always read more when I need to learn more about a topic . So I picked up HBR’s 10 Must Reads On Leadership by Peter F Drucker .
As I go through each chapter or key points I will summarize my thoughts in a blog posting.
From the first article “What Makes A Leader ?” By Daniel Goldman, the Key point I took away is that the single most important skill a leader can have is emotional intelligence!
