My significant other is a big fan of Ramen . As a result I have been to lots of different Ramen restaurants in Toronto.

I personally am not a fan of pork broth as such I find I don’t have many options or tasty ones at most Ramen places .

Earlier this week we ended up at Konjiki Ramen in North York . I had their vegetable Ramen and it was incredible!! It has currently become my favourite comfort food !!

Konjiki is a Japanese chain that has earned the title of Japan’s best Ramen as well as official Bib Gourmand Certification (Michelin’s cheap-eats rankings) .  

The ranking is well deserved . The food is incredible.
